Apparently, a Mr Fu Huang wishes to discuss an opportunity with me and I should reply immediately to the email. No. It’s just a trick used by scammers to find out which email addresses belong to people dumb enough to respond to a meaningless question from someone they don’t know. Lists of such addresses sell on the scam markets for a much higher price than untested email addresses.
Sometimes scammers go to great lengths to present something at least partially plausible and other times take flights of fancy to produce appalling rubbish that you cannot imagine anyone being dumb enough to fall for. Sadly, there are people who believe almost anything. This latest scam email is probably based on a childhood story or the writer had just watched the Disney film Aladdin. “The energy independence secret found in the middle of nowhere”. ”This amazing wooden box has completely changed my life”. ”You can get off the electricity grid in less than 24 hours”. Let’s leave this moron to their fantasy world.
“Do not eat this food as it would be worse than being 400 lbs.”. “Avoid this food to protect your heart from a heart attack”. Scammers do like dramatic imagery and exaggeration. 400 lbs would be one heavy person but that sounds a lot more life threatening than any supposedly common food. Just a pathetic scammer with an overactive imagination.
Hallelujah – the 7 day miracle prayer is here. Apparently I just have to repeat a 4 sentence prayer daily and it will unleash a waterfall of blessings so I can win the lottery or anything else I want and it’s proven because the email sender won $97,000 on the lottery by using this prayer. Belief is a good thing but belief that a mini prayer gives you anything you want – only good for the scammer.
Yet another email scammer offering a revolutionary camera for your car dashboard – it saves lives and saves you a ton of money. Nope – there are hundreds of these dashboard cameras on sale and there’s nothing revolutionary about them plus the email is from diabeteslife.bid as the scammer is so lazy she cannot be bothered to get an email address that sounds relevant to car cameras.
