The email is titled “Get rid of Arthritis within 21 days”
Now, arthritis is a very common ailment with many millions of people suffering from it – some terribly.
But, arthritis is not a single disease, it’s a group of over 100 diseases that cause pain and limit movement, usually classed as Inflammatory Arthritis and Degenerative Arthritis.
This is why there is no one answer to arthritis and there are many treatments and practises that can help – ranging from heat treatments to cold treatments, from vibration pads to ibuprofen, from diet changes to weight loss and so on.
Someone who is overweight is increasing their chance of having arthritis. Eating a lot of acidic foods increases the likelihood. Exercise where your knees for example have to absorb a lot of heavy shocks increases the chances. And there are many other contributing factors.
Inflammatory Arthritis
Arthritis literally means inflammation within the joint itself. Inflammation is part of your body’s healing process. But in people with this type of arthritis, inflammation often occurs for no obvious reason. Instead of helping to repair the body, inflammation can cause damage to the affected joint and cause pain and stiffness.
Degenerative Arthritis
Degenerative arthritis is a group of conditions where the main problem is damage to the cartilage which covers the ends of the bones.
Normally the smooth, slippery cartilage helps the joints to move smoothly. In this type of arthritis the cartilage becomes thinner and rougher, and the bone underneath then tries to repair this damage but sometimes overgrows, altering the shape of the joint. This is known as osteoarthritis and is more common in older people and particularly affects the joints that get heavy use, like hips and knees.
Can there ever be one cure for all types of arthritis? NO.
Can there ever be an instant cure for arthritis? Not really. Anti-inflammatories and pain killers help but do not fully cure.
Anything claiming to be such a cure is a Scam. But there are numerous natural remedies, practices, lifestyle changes, diet changes etc. that can be a big help. Check with your doctor and research what’s possible but don’t believe these scammers.
