Scammers love diet fads and fantasies as desperate dieters can be conned into almost any belief as long as it gives weight loss with little effort.
A latest such scam is based on water.
“Eat Too Much? Bedtime Water Trick Can Fix It” is the headline attention grabber.
“Recently discovered, thousands upon thousands of men and women are using it to drop unwanted pounds, at night while they sleep”.
Sounds too good to be true – it is too good to be true – it’s just a scam.
The secret method is described as
- Get yourself a glass and fill it half full of water
- Do this incredibly simple trick which only takes a few seconds
- Go to sleep and wake-up 1 to 2- pounds lighter in the morning.
So, where does the weight go to? I hate to think.
Maybe it just magically disappears.
It’s Ok for small children to believe that things magically disappear but adults shouldn’t do so.
