Niko sent me an email titled “Great Opportunity”.
No idea who Niko is, he doesn’t know my name as the message says Dear Sir/Madam and obviously he’s a scammer , but let’s see what the message says.
He claims to represent a high performance fragrance developer called Copycat Fragrances.
So, it’s about stealing intellectual property from perfume makers and making fake copies of their products, perhaps.
Then it changes to be about professional copy writing.
He offers me a post for my site written by a copywriter on any subject related to fragrance, but my website is about scammers and is certainly nothing to do with perfumes.
Another change in the message and he now offers a me a free post on his website copycatfragrances.co.uk
He offered me a free post and that wish has come true in the form of this warning post about him., but on my blog of course.
This seems to be one of the stupidest criminals ever encountered and as he has sent the message to millions of random people let’s hope there’s a few police stations on his email list, who will be glad to receive such a message and pay him a visit.
