So, what’s the dumbest scam or spam on the Internet this week?
An email claiming to be from the US Ambassador to the UK.
Gee – I must be so important.
However the sender’s email address is actually webjshkens1sd @khdgvlimted.com – doesn’t sound like the US Ambassador to me.
Seems the Ambassador is determined (apparently I ignored his recent emails) to return money to me because I was scammed. He will be visiting England shortly for important meetings and will then visit my home to hand over the $4.5 million dollars.
Wowee! Aren’t I lucky.
All I have to do is pay the $197 registration fee.
I don’t think so.
It’s hard to believe anyone could believe this childish rubbish but greed or sometimes desperation gets the better of people.
