But when you open the email, the message changes to

You have been entered in the free UK Prize sweepstakes.

 

This is a simple scam email.

You have to register to be eligible to win the prize and it’s your registration details that the scammer wants.

Of course, there is no prize – Sainsbury’s don’t have £1,000 gift cards and they have no connection to these emails and supposed sweepstake.

Don’t be fooled.
