Lots of scammers offer fake loans of various kinds – normally it’s to get your confidential details – bank details, passport or driving licence information, financial situation etc.
Some got to a lot of effort to make the emails and adverts look genuine but many are just too lazy to bother and send out rubbish that should convince no-one.
This latest one is short but does use correct grammar unlike so many.
It has no business name or even sender’s name and comes from a Russian email address as does a high proportion of scam emails these days.
It claims to offer loans at 3% anywhere, for any purpose including student loans and personal loans, but only up to a maximum of $450 Million.
The loans can only be in Euros or Pounds which is a bit odd when the maximum is in US dollars.
I cannot imagine a lot of people have student loans anywhere near to $450,000,000 but getting to be a doctor in America is an expensive business so who knows?
This is a pathetically simple scam message aimed at extremely stupid and/or desperate people.
