Here’s a new level of stupidity.
The email title is “I’ve heard of this DIY hack but I wasn’t sure it actually works”
“You might have heard about The DIY machine you have to know how to build. I thought it was a joke until I tried it myself and let me tell you – it completely blew my mind”
The message is deliberately vague but seems to be offering plans for how to build a machine that does DIY for you.
If you want something to do DIY for you then employ a DIY person or carpenter, plumber, decorator etc. depending on what you need.
But no one in their right mind could consider building a machine (out of wood) that does DIY.
Industry uses lathes and other turning machines, computer controlled wood cutting machines etc. and these are not DIY devices.
Recently there was news that a University has managed to get two robot arms working together to assemble IKEA flat pack chairs. Not for home use.
If you want DIY tasks completed and cannot be bothered to do them yourself – pay a professional.
