There are so many diets on sale that it would be ridiculous to attempt to understand all of them and there are endless scam diets as everyone wants a magic way to lose all of that fat with no effort involved and still eat your favourite foods.
Sadly, that is just not possible. If you eat less and move more then you can reduce your weight slowly – that is the only answer.
This latest diet is described as “FUN and EFFORTLESS way to lose weight” so it is clearly a scam.
It goes on about losing weight while eating junk foods and “suddenly you can eat whatever you want and still lose weight” .
The supposed justification for this new magic diet is that weight loss science shows there are two types of fat – brown fat and white fat and that when you understand the difference weight loss becomes almost effortless.
It is true that we all have both brown fat and white fat and that brown fat burns calories quicker than white fat but that’s because brown fat is intended to produce heat in your body. If you live in a colder climate you will have slightly more brown fat and burn slightly more calories per day than if you live in a warmer climate, but it’s a small difference.
The tag line for the email is “You really can lose weight eating chocolate cake”.
No. Back to the same point as always with diets – eat less and move more is the way to lose weight and a chocolate cake diet cannot help anyone lose weight.
