No – it’s about a drought.

It is true that NASA did issue a warning about a disaster – it was forecasting climate change back in 2015 and predicted the drought in California could continue for years more creating the worst such drought in 1,000 years.  But it is only a prediction with a very large margin of error attached.

How to avoid the drought – go live outside of California.

Then strangely the message promises you can protect your family against this tragedy for only a few bucks.

Buying whatever the scammer is offering is not going to be an answer. The scammer cannot make rain any more than anyone else can.
