Elias Dwele of Mozambique wants to offer a business deal.

He got my contact from a business directory apparently (nope – I’m not in those).

He says he is the PA of a major opposition leader in Mozambique – a South Eastern African Region country (that’s in case I’ve never heard of Mozambique).

He is presently in hiding (but has good Internet access of course) due to being at “logger head” with the ruling party over demands for better integration of its supporters into the Police and Military as precondition for peace.

This background explanation is just weird.

The message continues about a business cooperation requiring complete trust and confidentiality.

Yup – it’s easy to completely trust someone I’ve never met or even heard of, who lives thousands of miles away in hiding. No problem.

Unbelievable that anyone in their right mind would reply to this rubbish.
