“This is the number 1 worst exercise for aging. Stop doing it”. A typical scam email title and it’s meaningless. The email is trying to sell you on instructions to avoid aging and an exercise that will reverse aging. Total rubbish – there are endless books and articles available about how to slow down the aging process so need to fall for a scammers message.
A message claiming yet another garden shed scientist has discovered a remedy to remove blood sugar problems. It claims that you’ve been lied to when told the only answer is expensive prescriptions. Everyone knows that weight reduction, a better diet and more exercise are the answer to type II diabetes and that type I diabetes is genetic so there is no remedy for that – just management of blood sugar levels.
Sleep problems is another subject that many scammers focus on as it’s something that a high percentage of people suffer from. The latest scam message says “Fall Asleep faster. Stay Asleep Longer. Watch this video to learn the real causes of sleep problems.”. There are many causes of sleep problems and many remedies that can potentially help your sleep but there isn’t one hidden cause for all sleep issues and there isn’t one magic remedy.
A lot of scammers send very short emails. Just a sentence or two and a link to click. E.g. “Ciao! That is nice present – A pleasant surprise of $/€ 1600 welcome bonus. Are you in?” followed by a link. Don’t be intrigued as to what the link is for – never click on links in unsolicited emails as you may seriously regret it.
Security Trust Finance offer unsecured financing for your 2019 business – no meetings, no forms, no business plans and no upfront fees so they claim and you can use the money for anything you like. The only problem is that there is no finance of course. No-one in their right mind offers unsecured loans to random people for unspecified purposes unless they want to say goodbye to their money. There are no loans, just a Marketing company looking for leads to sell.
