This is clearly an attention seeker and the email may have little to do with the ridiculous title.

Cut carbs , or … cut fat.
But new research proves you should never try a low carb diet
Or low Fat diet EVER.
- Your body needs fats and carbs.
Without them, you weaken your immune system, opening the door for dangerous conditions like high blood pressure, heart disease or even certain types of cancer.
So, the argument is that because your body needs carbs and fats you must never reduce your intake of them. That is ridiculous. Of course your body needs carbs and fats but reducing the intake for a period is called dieting and that’s the whole point.
Believing that reducing carbs or fats for a period will cause high blood pressure is very silly.
So, what does the author of this ridiculous email say we should do to lose belly fat.
She has a friend with a scientifically proven trick to melt away 3lbs of belly fat in 48 hours.
Not holding my breath on that.
